How To Move Pals To Another Server in Palworld

If you are tired of starting over with a fresh new set of Pals on a different server, you can now move Pals from a previous server to a new one.

This can be useful when you are starting fresh or want to move over to a friend’s server and bring some of your favorite Pals with you.

The best part is that you can do this early in Palworld because all you need is the Global Palbox to move your Pals to a different server.

Building A Global Palbox

The first thing you will need to do is build a Global Palbox on the server that has the Pals that you wish to transfer.

This structure is accessible at Level 1 and simply requires that a Palbox has been built, which is where you will be building the Global Palbox.

Once the Global Palbox has been built, you may upload the Genetic Data of your Pals onto the server. (This does not remove the Pals from your current server)

How To Move Pals To Another Server?

Start by building a Global Palbox on the server that has the Pals you wish to upload, which is very cheap to build and already unlocked at Level 1.

Open the Global Palbox and select the Pals that you want to upload, which will result in their Genetic Data being uploaded.

Now that their Genetic Data has been uploaded, you may build a Global Palbox on any other server and may download the Pals into the server.

This will result in them being placed into the current Palbox where the Global Palbox you are accessing has been built.

Once a Pal’s Genetic Data has been uploaded into a Global Palbox, you may download them to any server that you are on as long as this feature is available on the server.

Pals that have been moved from another server will have the Genetic Data symbol appear on their portrait to distinguish it from Pals that were originally from the server.

Pal Genetic Data

Pal Genetic Data contains all the information on a specific Pal, which includes their stats, passive skills, and more.

Once this has been uploaded, you may download the Pals as many times as you want across different servers.

The only limit here is that the Genetic Data can only be downloaded once or else attempting to download it again will prompt to replace the existing one.

How To Remove Pals From Global Palbox?

If you have uploaded a Pal’s Genetic Data and no longer want it to be in the Global Palbox, there is an option to delete the data.

By choosing the delete options, you will be able to select which Pals you want to remove from the Global Palbox.

Removing a Pal from the Global Palbox will not delete any of the Pals that you have downloaded to other servers.

Verdict

Being able to upload Pals to the Global Palbox is a huge step forward in Palworld, which makes it easy to continue where you left off in terms of breeding.

While some players may not be too fond of others bringing powerful Pals into a new game, some may find this fair since you already put your time into breeding them.

Other servers may have the option to download Pals, which will prevent you from bringing Pals from your Global Palbox into the server.
