With more content added in the Home Sweet Home Update, players can now challenge themselves by facing a new Raid Boss known as Hartalis.
This Raid Boss is summoned in a similar way to the others and must be summoned using its appropriate slab, which is the Hartalis Slab.
Before crafting and later using the Hartalis Slab, you will first need to gather its fragments, and doing this requires some exploration in the Sakurajima or Feybreak regions.
How To Craft Hartalis Slab?
Hartalis Slabs are obtained through crafting, which can be done at a Primitive Workbench or better crafting station once you have Hartalis Slab Fragments.
Each Hartalis Slab will require 4 Hartalis Slab Fragments to craft, and the recipe for the slab itself will only appear if you have at least 1 fragment in your inventory.
Once you have 4 Hartalis Fragments, head to a Primitive Workbench or any similar crafting station, and you will be able to craft the Hartalis Slab in a short amount of time.
How To Get Hartalis Slab Fragments
1) Pal Expeditions (Sakurajima & Feybreak)
Hartalis Slab Fragments can be obtained as rewards from Pal Expeditions, and they will often appear on the reward list for the Sakurajima and Feybreak Expeditions.
Once you have defeated the bosses in Sakurajima and Feybreak, you will be able to access their respective Expeditions, which are the Celestial Sakura Cavern and Dark Cave of Feybreak.
Depending on the Pals you assign to the expedition, the amount of Hartalis Slab Fragments will come in certain amounts.
2) Sakurajima & Feybreak Dungeons
Another way to obtain Hartalis Slab Fragments is to explore the Sakurajima and Feybreak Dungeons, which will often have chests that you can loot.
One of the better ways of getting Hartalis Slab Fragments in these dungeons would be to defeat the Dungeon Boss and loot the chests that appear at the end.
Hartalis Slab Fragments will not always drop from these dungeons, though, as other Slab Fragments and items are among the same drop table.
Hartalis Slab Uses
Once you have crafted at least one Hartalis Slab, keep it in your inventory and head to a Summoning Altar, which has also been updated with the release of Home Sweet Home.
Keep in mind that Summoning Altars now have the option to take you to an arena, where you can safely fight Raid Bosses instead of putting your base at risk.
Interact with the Summoning Altar and choose the Hartalis Slab, which will then allow you to choose to fight the Raid Boss at your base or in the arena.
Verdict
Hartalis can be a challenging Raid Boss to take on, especially if you are not yet near Level 60 to 65, and this makes it important to be prepared.
Fighting Hartalis may be best done in the arena, but if you have some strategy devised with the use of structures, feel free to choose where the fight will be more convenient.
Farming Hartalis Slab Fragments can be done quickly if you run multiple Sakurajima or Feybreak Expeditions, which improves based on how powerful your Pals are.
