Capturing Pals is one of the main activities you will be doing in Palworld and this is done with Spheres and there are different variants of them.
With the release of the Feybreak Update, the latest and currently the best Sphere that you can get your hands on is the Exotic Sphere.
The Exotic Sphere provides you with the best Capture Rate but this can sometimes be an expensive one to craft but worth it when it comes to capturing some of the toughest Pals out there.
How To Unlock and Craft Exotic Sphere?
Unlocking the Exotic Sphere can only be done once you have reached Level 56 and this can be done from the Technology Menu.
Once the Exotic Sphere has been unlocked, the only way to craft it would be at an Advanced Sphere Assembly Line, which can also be unlocked once you reach Level 56.
Crafting an Exotic Sphere requires the following materials:
- 20 Paldium Fragment
- 2 Plasteel
- 7 Carbon Fiber
- 1 Hexolite
Exotic Sphere Uses
The Exotic Sphere is described as having incredible performance as it is capable of capturing Pals that fall outside of regular standards.
This provides you with a higher capture rate when it comes to capturing most Pals and gives you a good chance of capturing those that you encounter at higher levels.
Just like any other Sphere, equipping the Exotic Sphere and tossing it at a Pal will start the attempt to capture it with a higher success rate than the others.
Capturing Pals With Exotic Spheres
When it comes to capturing Pals with an Exotic Sphere, the chances will always be higher than others and this makes it possible to have a 100% chance with lower-level Pals.
Some Pals that are around Level 50 and above will not always have a high capture rate, but the chances of a successful catch are better than using other Spheres.
A good way to ensure that you have a successful catch would be to weaken the Pal you are after and possibly affect it with a status condition before throwing the Exotic Sphere.
Verdict
While an Exotic Sphere doesn’t always guarantee a 100% capture rate, there are other ways to add more to the success rate such as weakening the Pal and upgrading your capture rate.
Exotic Spheres can be costly, which makes it best to save them for some of the strongest Pals that you encounter around the more recently added items.
The materials required for crafting Exotic Spheres are often found on Feybreak Island, which makes it necessary to build a base there for easy farming.
