How To Unlock Advanced Shield?
Unlocking the Advanced Shield requires that you first hit Level 60 with your character, which will take quite a bit of time if you have just started.
Once you have reached Level 60, you may look for the Advanced Shield in your Technology Menu and may unlock it using 3 Technology Points.
How To Craft Advanced Shield?
The Advanced Shield may be crafted later at a Production Assembly Line II as it is considered one of the many end-game items that cannot be crafted in other crafting stations.
Crafting the Advanced Shield will require the following materials:
- 80 Ancient Civilization Parts
- 200 Paldium Fragment
- 50 Hexolite
- 30 Ancient Civilization Core
Advanced Shield Uses
Much like other Shields in Palworld, the Advanced Shield will provide you with Shields that will absorb the damage you take, which will regenerate over time.
The Advanced Shield provides your character with 1800 Shields once it has been equipped, allowing you to withstand a lot of damage before your health gets hit.
This gives you a better chance of surviving battles against Pals or other Humans that you encounter across the islands or dungeons.
Advanced Shield Automatic Repair
Unlike the other Shields in the game, this one has a feature that allows it to repair itself after not taking damage for some time.
Thanks to this feature, you won’t have to keep repairing the Advanced Shield, which can be costly when it comes to materials.

As you progress through the game, you will be able to unlock and craft different Shields and these mainly provide you with more points to absorb damage.
The Advanced Shield is currently the best to have due to the large amount of damage you can absorb plus the fact that it repairs its durability on its own.
Obtaining the materials for the Advanced Shield may be a bit hectic but once you craft this shield, you can enjoy more survivability and take on tougher challenges.
