While exploring the Palpagos Islands, you will often come across a lot of loot and may sometimes end up carrying more than expected.
When it comes to the amount of weight that you can carry, there is a limit that can be increased but if you fill up all your inventory slots, you may end up having to throw away certain items.
Thanks to the Feybreak Update, you now have the option to expand your inventory by crafting certain Key Items that increase your inventory slots.
How To Increase Inventory Slots?
Increasing your inventory slots or expanding your inventory can be done by unlocking and crafting Pouches, which each add a certain number of inventory slots.
You may unlock these pouches once you reach a certain level and have enough Ancient Technology Parts to purchase them from the Technology Menu.
There are 4 pouches in total, which are the Small Pouch, Medium Pouch, Large Pouch, and Giant Pouch, which will take effect once they are added to your Key Items.
All Pouches
Each pouch that you craft will be automatically equipped once you claim them from the workstation where they are crafted.
All the pouches can only take effect once and each of them will provide you with 3 additional inventory slots, giving you a total of 12 additional slots once you have them all.
Pouch | Required Level | Additional Slots | Crafting Requirements |
Small Pouch | 28 | 3 |
|
| Medium Pouch | 42 | 3 |
|
Large Pouch | 52 | 3 |
|
Giant Pouch | 57 | 3 |

Obtaining Predator Cores
Predator Cores are one of the resources that were added to the game with the release of the Feybreak Update and these are required along with other resources to craft pouches.
You may obtain Predator Cores by hunting down Predator Pals, which can be found all over the map just like Field Bosses but their locations are not marked.
Once a Predator Pal has been defeated, they will drop Predator Cores depending on how strong they are. (You can return when they respawn to defeat them again for more Predator Cores)
Verdict
When it comes to the amount of inventory slots that you have, the additional ones provided by pouches can be quite useful since you will often loot a lot of items.
The earliest time you can craft a pouch is at Level 28 while the rest can be unlocked once you reach higher levels, making it necessary to level up if you want more slots.
Once a pouch has been obtained and added to your inventory, it cannot be removed, and the additional slots will be permanent. (Pouches of the same type do not stack)
