This results in you having to make medicine or use some that you may have found while exploring but things can get tiring if multiple Pals become sick.
Luckily, there is a way for you to have your Pals recover back to good health with a single structure, the Medicine Rack, which allows you to store medicine for them to use on themselves.
How To Unlock Medicine Rack?
To unlock the Medicine Rack, you will first need to hit Level 23 and this allows you to learn how to build it from the Technology Menu.
Once the Medicine Rack has been unlocked, you will be able to build it and provide your Pals with a way of curing themselves.

- 30 Wood
- 5 Cloth
How To Use Medicine Rack?
Using a Medicine Rack is quite simple and functions similarly to a Feedbox but instead of food, it allows your Pals to use different kinds of medicine on their own.
To use a Medicine Rack, all you need to do is place different kinds of medicine inside, and should any of your Pals become sick, they will head to the Medicine Rack.
Your sick Pals will consume the medicine that they need to heal themselves, making this an automatic process to keep the Pals in your base healthy.
Best Place to Build Medicine Rack
Placing a Medicine Rack in the proper place can be the key to ensuring your Pals can heal themselves when the need arises.
Make sure that the Medicine Rack is placed in an area where your Pals will be able to access it since they will need to interact with it to get the medicine they need.
Keeping the Medicine Rack on the surface or ground floor of your base makes it accessible as well as not placing it within a building since not all Pals fit through a door.
If you want to keep your Medicine Rack inside of a base, make sure to place it as close as possible to a wall since some Pals can access chests and other items from the other side.
Preventing Pal Sickness
While having a Medicine Rack can help keep your Pals free of sickness most of the time, this can be costly on supplies.
As you progress, you will often be able to obtain medicine from enemies and chests but sometimes these can run out.
Preventing your Pals from becoming sick is one of the best ways to avoid the need for medicine, which requires you to keep them fed, ensure they have a bed and a way to restore their sanity.
Keep Feedboxes filled with food, build enough beds for each Pal at your base, and make sure you have Hot Springs or food that restore sanity to keep them in top condition.
