When it comes to surviving in Palworld, sometimes players tend to get a bit reckless and may end up dying while they are adventuring.
Luckily, things don’t have to end right away because of a Pal that was added in the Tides of Terraria update called Herbil.
Herbil may appear as a cute and harmless Pal, but at stronger levels, it can pack a punch, and its Partner Skill allows it to revive you when you are defeated in battle.

Herbil can be found in 3 different locations and all of these are from the Tides of Terraria update, which also have similar appearances.
You can find this Pal while exploring the Isle of Eternal Summer (Sealed Realm of Terraria, Sunlit Isle and Oasis Isle.
If you don’t find Herbil in these areas at first, try roaming around after clearing out some Pals, and they should eventually spawn.

Herbil Uses
Since Herbil can be obtained early on, this Pal is useful for both being a companion to have in your team or an early game farmer at your base.
It can work on Plantations to sow seeds and gather crops once they have grown, while also transporting items that it may pick up.
When it comes to exploring, Herbil can save your life at certain times with its Partner Skill, preventing you from having to respawn away from where you are defeated.

When your character takes fatal damage and becomes incapacitated, you would often have to respawn at your base but this Pal changes things.
Upon becoming incapacitated, Herbil will use its healing powers to revive you, allowing you to escape death and continue.
This, however, has a cooldown, and you will need to craft Herbil’s Harness, which can be unlocked at Level 27 to utilize its Partner Skill.
