Unlike regular Pals that can be found roaming throughout Sunreach, Eidrolon does not appear as a normal encounter and must instead be challenged as a Field Boss.
You can find Eidrolon in Waterlily Gorge, located within the Sunreach region, where the boss appears on the southeastern section of the floating island at (-489, -1521).
