Diablo 4 Pilgrimage Quest Walkthrough

Reverend Mother Prava has required you to complete a pilgrimage and that you later submit yourself to Inarius for judgment.

This will all be needed before she grants you her blessing, which will allow you to travel past the Black Lake to search for Lilith.

You will need to participate in the pilgrimage while following all the instructions given to you to pass what appears to be a test.

How To Get Pilgrimage Quest?

The Pilgrimage Quest become available right after you have spoken to Reverend Mother Prava about receiving her blessing at Kor Valar.

1) Complete the pilgrimage to the Shrine of the Penitent

After receiving instructions to go on a pilgrimage, you will need to begin by heading to the Shrine of the Penitent. (Follow the marker on the map)

2) Speak with Vigo

Upon arriving at the Shrine of the Penitent, you will find Vigo who you will need to speak with before you can begin the pilgrimage.

Vigo gives you a bit of detail about what you need to do and once the conversation is finished, you will now proceed with the pilgrimage.

3) Read from the Tablet at the Altar of Purity

The location of the Altar of Purity will be marked on your map and you will need to head over to read the tablet in the area.

4) Bring the Idol of the Faithful to the Altar of Martyrdom

After reading the tablet at the Altar of Purity, you will need to take the Idol of the Faithful and bring it over to the Altar of Martyrdom.

You will be slowed down by the Idol of the Faithful and have a smaller light radius as you travel to the Altar of Martyrdom, which is where you need to place the Idol of the Faithful.

5) Read from the Tablet at the Altar of Martyrdom

Once you have placed the Idol of the Faithful, you will need to read from another tablet which can be found at the Altar of Martyrdom.

6) Bring the Idol of the Faithful to the Altar of Redemption

You will need to pick up the Idol of the Faithful again and bring it to the Altar of Redemption, which will also be marked on your map.

7) Read from the Tablet at the Altar of Redemption

After placing the Idol of the Faithful, another tablet will be nearby that you must read before heading to the next altar.

Bringing the Idol of the Faithful to the Altar of the Anointed Ascent

8) Bring the Idol of the Faithful to the Altar of the Anointed Ascent

Once again, you will need to bring the Idol of the Faithful to another altar, which is known as the Altar of Ascension.

9) Read from the Tablet at the Altar of Anointed Ascent

With the Idol of the Faithful placed down again, you will now need to read the tablet at the Anointed Ascent altar.

10) Bring the Idol of the Faithful to the Shrine of the Penitent

The last stop is here and you are about to complete the pilgrimage, which requires you now to bring the Idol of the Faithful to the Shrine of the Penitent.

11) Speak with Vigo

Once you have placed the Idol of the Faithful at the Shrine of the Penitent, you will need to continue by speaking to Vigo.

Pilgrimage Rewards

After completing the pilgrimage and speaking to Vigo, the Pilgrimage quest will come to an end and you will be rewarded with XP and Gold that scales based on your level.

Verdict

Reverend Mother Prava wants you to prove your worth and the pilgrimage was surely something that put your skill and most likely patience to the test.

It seems even Vigo has gone through something similar in the past, which is probably best followed if you want that blessing from Reverend Mother Prava.

Only one thing remains now, which is to go visit Inarius himself and see what he has to say about your request for a blessing.
