Barbarians who focus on causing their enemies to bleed out can do a lot of damage over time when they have a lot of Fury to spend.
With Slaking Aspect, you get a good chance to gain Fury when you hit enemies who are already bleeding, which will allow you to use it even more.
Since Barbarians have a lot of ways to make enemies bleed, Slaking Aspect is perfect for quickly building and maintaining your Fury.
Slaking Aspect Effects (Fury Aspect)
Slaking Aspect provides your Rend Skill with a good chance to gain Fury when it deals direct damage to at least one Bleeding enemy.
This means that as long as an enemy is bleeding and you hit them with Rend, you have a chance to get 20 Fury for that attack.
Since Rend Builds often cause a lot of bleeding, this will allow you to continuously make your enemies bleed more as your Fury becomes easier to build.

You can get the Slaking Aspect by completing the Maulwood Dungeon, which can be found to the east of Margrave in Dobrev Taiga. (Fractured Peaks.)
How To Get Slaking Aspect? (Maulwood Walkthrough)
1) Slay the Bandit Sentries
Entering the Maulwood Dungeon will bring you to the Abandoned Camp, which is where you will need to search for Bandit Sentries that must be slain.
You will need to roam around the area until you find them and slay them before you can proceed to the next room.
2) Travel to Skeletal Rise
Once you are done with the previous area, you will need to make your way through the dungeon until you reach a room with 2 Levers.
3) Activate the Levers
You will need to clear out the enemies in the room first as they can interrupt you when you interact with the Levers.
4) Travel to Skeletal Rise
After you have activated both Levers, you will need to proceed to Skeletal Rise by continuing to go to the end of the dungeon.
5) Destroy the Skeletal Construct
There will be 3 Skeletal Constructs in the area and you will need to head to each one of them and destroy them as well as the monsters that spawn near them.
Verdict
Slaking Aspect is great for Barbarian Rend Builds or other builds that synergize with the bleeding effects that the Barbarian has.
A good way to make use of this Aspect is to cause an enemy to bleed and follow up your attacks with the Rend Skill, which will allow you to build up your Fury.
The good thing about this is that the more bleeding enemies you hit, the better chances you have of building extra Fury.
