Paletongue is mentioned to be found inside the mouths of humans that are evil, which are those you encounter out in the open.
It is said that the lies spouted by these black-hearted humans have turned their tongues into a milky white color, symbolizing the evil in the words they speak.
How To Get Paletongue?
Paletongues can be obtained by killing human enemies, who can be found all around Sanctuary as there are different factions of them.
These could be thieves, cultists or knights who have sided against you and all of these have a chance to drop a Paletongue when you kill them.
While standard enemies have a good chance to drop this crafting material, it seems that defeating elite human enemies has a higher chance to drop Paletongues.
Paletongue Farming
Farming Paletongues is easy since you can head off to several locations where different human enemies can be found as long as they are classified as human.
This can either be while you are exploring Sanctuary or if you are grinding a dungeon, which is best if a majority or all enemies are humans.
Once you have picked a location to slay enemies in, all you need to do is kill enemies classified as humans and eventually you will be able to obtain several Paletongues.

While this may be nasty, the use of the Paletongue can provide you with different benefits when it comes to crafting consumables.
You can use this magic crafting material to craft different elixirs as well as incenses, which may be used to provide you with additional stats.
