Kilt of Blackwing Effects
The Kilt of Blackwing provides a decent boost to the Druid’s Ravens skill, with additional ranks, reduced cooldown, and the chance for them to deal double damage.
These Unique Pants will provide you with increased damage with the Ravens skill while also causing shapeshifting or using a companion skill to summon them.
Whenever a Raven is summoned, there is a chance that an Unkindness will be triggered, which increases the number of Ravens that are summoned to 3.
Kilt of Blackwing Uses
Since Ravens are sometimes used for certain builds, mainly Druid Companion Builds, that are integrated with other builds, the extra damage can be a big help.
Druids that tend to shapeshift often or even shapeshift into both a Werebear and Werewolf due to mixed abilities can cause Ravens to be summoned often.

The Kilt of Blackwing can come as a random drop, but the chances are often lower until you make it to higher tiers.
Defeating, The Beast in the Ice and opening its Hoard has a better chance to cause the Kilt of the Blackwing to drop.

While the Kilt of Blackwing may seem mainly focused on Ravens, this skill is often less used due to its cooldown, so triggering its Unique Power is important.
