Diablo 4: Horadric Talisman (How to Get, Use, Seals & Charms)

The Horadric Talisman, which is referred to simply as the Talisman, is a gift from Lorath to the Wanderer, which was initially meant for Neyrelle.

With Neyrelle finally resting after her life ends at the hands of Mephisto, the Talisman is instead given to you to provide you with its magical benefits.

This allows you to equip the Talisman with Seals and Charms, which provide different bonuses depending on what kinds you have available.

How To Get Horadric Talisman?

The Horadric Talisman is given to the Wanderer during the Last of the Horadrim Quest, which is where you join Lorath in Backwater.

Speaking to Lorath will result in him giving you the Talisman, which also includes a Seal and Charm that you can use right away.

Horadric Talisman Seals and Charms

Horadric Seals

Seals are the main pieces of the Horadric Talisman, and only one may be equipped at a time, which may also provide you with a bonus depending on its rarity.

Each Seal can be different, while others are similar, and these will also determine how many slots will be available for Seals.

Horadric Charms

Charms are the outer pieces of the Horadric Talisman, and these can be equipped to provide different bonuses to your character.

There are a total of 6 slots available, and you can mix and match different charms based on which ones you have available to use.

 Horadric Sets

Certain Charms may belong to a Horadric Set, making them best used together to provide you with extra bonuses that make them even more effective.

When used together, Charms of the same set will have their separate bonuses and extra effects that become active when you have enough from a specific set.

How To Use Horadric Talisman?

The Horadric Talisman can be accessed from the Character Menu, and you can select its icon next to the equipment tab when viewing this menu.

You may equip a Seal by selecting or dragging it into the Seal slot, while Charms may be equipped in available slots, depending on how many are provided by the Seal.

Equipping a Seal will unlock a certain number of slots, which is where the Charms will be equipped, and all of their effects will be active once this has been set up.

Verdict

The Horadric Talisman adds a lot more flexibility to your build, giving you an easy way to stack bonuses and adjust your setup without overcomplicating things.

Seals and Charms work well together, especially when you start putting together sets that boost your overall effectiveness in combat.

Once you start collecting better pieces, the Talisman becomes something you’ll constantly tweak as you refine your build and push into tougher content.
