You finally found your way into Temis, and now Lorath heads off in search of Queen Adreona, leaving you to make your way to the Temis Promenade.
Akarat’s influence is all around, and with Mephisto riding the vessel, his evil plans continue to move towards completion.
You will need to do your fair share of investigating before meeting up with Lorath, while hoping he has reached the queen to give her the ill news.
How To Get Between Heaven and Hell Quest?
Between Heaven and Hell becomes available right after the completion of the Crown of the Twin Seas quest, which had you searching for the entrance to Temis.
Between Heaven and Hell Quest Walkthrough
After splitting up with Lorath and making your way into Temis, you will need to head to the waypoint to reach the Temis Promenade.
Enter the Temis Promenade, and you will need to start searching for the Hands of Akarat, but most of the paths will be blocked off.
This will lead you to making your way towards the eastern part of the Temis Promenade, where you eventually find the queen on the other side of a wall.
You will find that the Amazon Captain is reporting to Queen Adreona, and after a short conversation, you may interact with the wall to Eavesdrop on them.
Once the conversation ends, the two head off, and you will need to continue by searching for the Hands of Akarat in the area.
Head west, and you will find one of the Hands of Akarat speaking in front of a group of people before leaving, which requires you to follow him.
Make your way around the areas that are blocked and follow the path leading to the waypoint, and this will take you to the entrance of the Temis Sewers. (Quest ends here)
Between Heaven and Hell Quest Rewards
After reaching the entrance to the sewers, Between Heaven and Hell will end, and you will gain the Subterranean Secrets quest afterward.

Queen Adreona’s hesitation around Akarat makes it clear that not everything in Temis is as controlled or unified as it first appears, and her caution hints that something deeper is being concealed.
The movements of the Hand of Akarat feel increasingly suspicious, almost like they’re leading things in a direction that doesn’t fully add up.
With the trail heading down into the sewers, it looks like the next step is following him underground to see where he’s actually going and what’s being hidden below Temis.
