Diablo 4: Last of the Horadrim Quest Walkthrough

You previously went to say final words to Neyrelle and found out that she had made a discovery that may be vital to taking down Mephisto.

After searching for clues, you and Lorath will now need to make your way to Skovos, where Akarat, who is now a vessel of Mephisto, has been taking over the region.

Lorath has opened a portal to Backwater and wishes for you to meet him there, which will be the start of your journey to the new region.

How To Get Last of the Horadrim Quest?

Last of the Horadrim begins once you have completed the Solace Beyond Sight quest, which ends with you speaking with Lorath after paying your respects to Neyrelle.

Last of the Horadrim Quest Walkthrough

The quest follows shortly after speaking to Lorath in the previous quest, and a portal will be available for you to quickly travel to Backwater.

Make your way to Lorath and speak to him, which will result in him leading you to the docks after giving you a Horadric Talisman, a new feature added this season.

Speak to Lorath after he has a conversation with a Hand of Akarat, and this will quickly start the journey to Skovos. (Cutscene begins here)

The Hand of Akarat seemed to be wary about Lorath’s intentions but was easily convinced by your companion, allowing you to pass.

The cutscene ends with you and Lorath on the Top Deck of a ship heading to Skovos, which is also where the quest comes to an end.

Last of the Horadrim Quest Rewards

After the cutscene has ended and you, along with Lorath, are on the ship heading for Skovos, the mission will come to an end, and a new one called Hatred’s Wake begins.

In addition to the next quest being unlocked, you also receive:

  • XP
  • Gold

Verdict

After uncovering Neyrelle’s final discovery, you and Lorath waste no time setting things in motion as the hunt for Mephisto pushes you toward Skovos.

The situation feels more urgent now, especially with Akarat acting as Mephisto’s vessel and already spreading influence across a new region.

With Lorath securing passage and the journey underway, everything is now leading straight into Mephisto’s territory, and there’s no turning back from here.
