Diablo 4 Damn The Precipice Quest Walkthrough

After you and Bryon did a bit of exploring in the Horadric Vault, it turns out that she does not have everything needed to summon Astaroth.

In her attempts to continue with the plan she has come up with, she has met with Davish, but the two of them do not see eye to eye with her plan.

Without Davish joining you and Byona, the two of you must search for the missing parts of the notes she needs to complete the summoning ritual.

How To Get Damn The Precipice Seasonal Quest?

Damn The Precipice becomes available once you have reached Tier 7 with your Horadric Knowledge, which will unlock the quest.

If you have not yet reached Tier 7, completing Nightmare Dungeons and Horadric Strongrooms will provide you with Horadric Knowledge, and once you have enough, you may unlock this quest.

Damn The Precipice Quest Walkthrough

Once the quest begins, you will need to make your way to Tarsarak where Bryona will be talking to Davish about her plans, but he disagrees with her.

This leaves you and Bryona traveling with each other to the Other Gardens, and upon arrival, you will make your way to the Abandoned Alcove.

Reaching these destinations won’t take too long as the distance from Tarsarak is short and you can travel there quickly using a mount.

There won’t be any enemies in the Abandoned Alcove, which allows you to roam the area freely while you search for Elias’ Notes.

Head further through the dungeon, and you will eventually see where it is on your map, while arriving at the location will reveal the object.

Interact with the Heavy Tome marked on your map, and shortly after, you may head to Bryona and speak with her, which ends the quest.

Damn The Precipice Quest Rewards

After speaking to Bryona within the Abandoned Alcove, the quest will be complete, and you will receive the following rewards:

  • Gold
  • XP
  • Herb Cache

Verdict

The search for the missing parts of Elias’ Notes has ended, and it looks like Bryona has everything that she needs for the ritual.

She has decided to perform the ritual in a safer place, far away from the innocent, where the environment can be controlled.

Preparations are now in order, and if successful, Sanctuary may be saved from Astaroth’s corruption, unless something goes wrong.
