The Return is a quest that leads the Guardian to the Cosmodrome in search of a Lost Ghost named Peach who has gone missing.
You will need to complete a strike and locate the Ghost telemetry within it to find out where Peach has gone off.
This eventually leads you to a slightly hidden area within the Cosmodrome where you will need to search for the Lost Ghost.
How To Get The Return Quest?
The Return is one of the earlier quests that you can get from Micah at her conduit, which is available along with other quests.
You may find and interact with Micah’s Conduit within the Arbor of Light, which is located in The Lost City in The Pale Heart.
The Return Quest Steps
Step 1: Search for Ghost telemetry in strike “The Disgraced” in the Cosmodrome
To find the Ghost telemetry that will help you locate Peach, you will need to start The Disgraced (Strike) and find it during the mission.
You will find the Ghost telemetry after you have encountered Navota for the first time during the mission near what appears to be an Ogre that has turned to stone.

Step 2: Search the Cosmodrome for Peach
Peach is in the Cosmodrome and you will need to find her within The Steppes, which eventually leads you to a shack near the fast travel spawn.
You can reach her by keeping to the left as you travel around the cliff and will eventually see that shack that has stairs in it.
Continue making your way down the stairs and you will find Peach at the end just before you reach one of the doors.

Step 3: Return to the Arbor of Light in the Pale Heart to restore the Lost Ghost
Now that you have found Peach, you will need to bring the Lost Ghost back to the Arbor of Light and interact with the marked area.

After restoring Peach, it’s time to head back to Micah-10 and speak to her at her conduit to complete the quest.

The Return Rewards
After you have returned with Peach and have spoken to Micah-10, you will be rewarded with First Ascent Leg Armor for your Guardian.
These boots will often have a higher power level, allowing you to equip them or use them to upgrade your current Leg Armor.

Micah-10 claims that Peach was lucky to get out of the situation with minor damage, especially since she doesn’t know when to quit.
She also mentions that there is no room for error and that she will have each set up a cleansing team in the Pale Heart.
