Your recent efforts are appreciated by Micah but after her observations, it seems that the witness is pushing to complete the final shape.
Micah has one more Ghost for you to find before her operation is put to a halt and you focus more on the Traveler.
A Lost Ghost named Hecate has gone missing and Micah needs you to find him and bring him back to the Arbor of Light.
How To Get The Desperation Quest?
The Desperation is a quest that you unlock after a series of quests from Micah-10, which is obtained from her conduit.
Guardians who have completed The Visitation Quest will be able to accept The Desperation Quest from Micah-10.
The Desperation Quest Steps
Step 1: Search for Ghost telemetry in strike “Devils’ Lair” in the Cosmodrome
Hecate is known to be somewhere in the Cosmodrome and to find out more, you will need to find the Ghost telemetry in the Devils’ Lair Strike.
You will find the Ghost telemetry right before you fight the boss Sepiks Prime, which is near a Servitor that has been affected by the final shape. (It looks like stone or like a statue)

Step 2: Search the Moon World for signs of Balthazar
After you have scanned the Ghost telemetry, you will need to make your way outside of the Cosmodrome through its wall.
This can be done by fast-traveling to The Steppes making your way through Dock 13 and continuing until you reach the exit.
Hecate can be found underneath the floating ships surrounded by combatants that all have been affected by the final shape that appears as statues.

Step 3: Return to the Arbor of Light in the Pale Heart to restore the lost Ghost
After you have found Hecate, make your way back to the Arbor of Light and interact with the marked location to restore the Lost Ghost.

Step 4: Return to the Arbor of Light to discuss next steps
Once you have restored Hecate, you will need to speak with Micah through her conduit to complete the quest.

The Desperation Rewards
Completing The Desperation Quest will reward you with a Deepsight Harmonizer, which you can claim with the final quest step.
Deepsight Harmonizers are used to grant Deepsight activation to shapeable weapons, allowing you to collect their patterns.
Summary
Micah is glad to have Hecate back, but she still seems tense because of the Witness spreading his infection across the system.
While time is running out, the Vanguard will need to muster all their ranks to take on the Witness and put up one last stand against him.
There are still more Lost Ghosts out there but Micah will not be asking you to do this until later on when things are less problematic.
