The Choir of One is an Exotic Auto Rifle that deals a high amount of Void Damage as it requires Special Ammo when you fire it.
Thanks to its Command Frame, this weapon can be fired at a distance and use different firing modes depending on if you fire from the hip or aim down its sights.

How To Get Choir of One?
The Choir of One can be obtained by completing the Encore (Exotic Mission), which became available during Echoes Act III.
Completing the Exotic Mission for the first time will reward you with the weapon, which also has Deepsight Resonance.
You can later shape a new Choir of One or reshape an existing one at the Enclave on Mars by visiting the Resonance Engine.

Command Frame
This Exotic Auto Rifle fires extended-range, heavy-caliber projectiles at a reduced rate of fire. Precision damage is increased when aiming down the sights.

Subsistence Refit Catalyst
The Subsistence Refit Trait for Choir of One may be obtained by completing the Choir Eternal quest, which becomes available from Banshee-44 after completing the Encore Exotic Mission.
This causes Choir of One to partially reload its magazine from its reserves when enemies are defeated with the Exotic Auto Rifle.
Destabilizing Rounds Catalyst
Another quest called Choir Upheaval is also obtained from Banshee-44, which will reward you with the Destabilizing Rounds Catalyst.
