The Epilogue: Anomalous Voices quest becomes available for Guardians who have already completed The Rising Chorus: Act III as well as the specimen quests.
This serves as a temporary ending for the current story until Destiny 2 releases the continuation, where a lot has been left at a cliffhanger.

Step 1: A temporal anomaly has been detected on Europa near Bray Exoscience

You will need to make your way into Bray Exoscience and head into the lab that you find on the right side of the large room.
Make your way inside the lab and go to the window and you will find the Temporal Anomaly, which you will need to interact with.

Step 2: Investigate the temporal anomalies in the mission “Encore.”
Once again you will need to make your way to the core of Nessus and this time, an additional objective is now added.
You will need to find more of the Temporal Anomalies that are similar to the one you found in Bray Exoscience but this will happen in the Encore Exotic Mission.
