The same Hard Mode clear also guarantees 1 Training Crystal, which can be used to increase a Pal’s level by one.

The Lily Hat has the same defensive profile as several other boss-themed hats, but its extremely high durability makes it much more durable than ordinary headgear.
It does not provide an elemental resistance effect, so its main purpose is combining basic defensive protection with Lily’s recognizable appearance.

How To Equip Lily Hat?

Verdict
The Lily Hat is mainly a collector’s reward, but its 5,000 Durability and solid defensive stats make it perfectly usable outside of purely cosmetic outfits.
It does not offer the elemental protection that makes some other headgear especially useful for specific encounters, so there is little reason to choose it strictly for combat.
