Where To Get Neutral Radiant Gem?
Neutral Radiant Gems can be collected by hunting specific Pals in the World Tree, with three Neutral Pals currently providing the material.
Sibelyx Primo, Starryon Primo, and Tetroise Primo are the dedicated Neutral sources, while Solenne can also drop the gems despite being a Dark/Neutral Pal.
You can also build your supply through World Tree Expeditions, fishing, treasure chests, and the Ancient Relic Recycler, giving you several alternatives when you are not actively hunting these Pals.

Neutral Radiant Gem Uses
Neutral Radiant Gems are used to craft Neutral Awakening Crystals, which permanently improve compatible Neutral Pals.
Each Neutral Awakening Crystal requires 50 Neutral Radiant Gems and 10 World Tree Holy Water, so you will need to build a decent stockpile before starting repeated Awakenings.
Using the crystal permanently increases the Pal’s Health, Attack, and Defense, while the awakened Pal also gains the distinctive golden aura associated with the Awakening system.
