Aeolak hits that sweet middle ground between precision and controlled chaos, giving you a weapon that feels fast, sharp, and satisfying right from the first shot.
Its burst fire chews through enemies with tight accuracy, while its charged blast lets you drop sudden explosions whenever a group needs clearing.
Modding it properly pushes both firing modes to their limits, turning Aeolak into a steady, adaptable rifle that keeps up even as missions get tougher.
Warframe Aeolak Builds
1) Critical Build
The Aeolak Critical Build is perfect for any situation as it has a decent base critical chance, which can be boosted with mods for a better chance to score critical hits.
The additional damage provided by a combination of two elements along with Heavy Caliber can greatly increase its overall damage.
Since the charged attack also has critical chance, you can expect that this can easily clear out enemies, which includes Eximus ones as well.
2) Headshot Build
We have modified our previous Aeolak Critical Build to make it more focused on accurate shots, mainly headshots.
This will allow you to boost your critical chance with Aeolak’s attacks, including its charged attack after dealing a headshot.
The increase in critical chance will guarantee critical hits occur, and the addition of Vile Acceleration will allow you to deal more damage in a short period.
If you would like to know how to obtain Aeolak, please refer to the guide below:
3) Status Build
With a base status chance of 33%, we can bolster this to 138.6% with the added mods, and this goes even further due to Galvanized Aptitude.
Since the Aeolak can fire rounds at a moderate rate and also has an AOE charged attack, it can easily apply status effects to enemies.
Those who have been inflicted will become weaker and more susceptible to damage or crowd control based on the elemental combinations you have in the build.
4) Hybrid Build
A bit of critical chance and status chance makes a good combination, which is what the Aeolak Hybrid Build is all about.
This build takes two elemental status mods and adds critical mods to give better chances of inflicting status effects and scoring critical hits.
The status effects can add damage over time or weaken enemies, while the critical hits will deal even more damage when you fire at your enemies.
5) Nuker Build
With the Aeolak Nuker build, you can easily rain continuous explosive shots down on your enemies to clear them out in large numbers.
This build focuses on allowing you to use the AOE charged attack continuously, as well as increasing the radius of its explosion.
Using this build is perfect for mid-level enemies and is even worth the effort when it comes to some of the more difficult missions.
Verdict
Aeolak stands out because it handles different situations without forcing you to commit to one damage style, giving you flexibility in combat and how you take out enemies.
You get crisp, reliable burst shots for everyday clearing, and a charged detonation that steps in whenever something heavier walks into the room.
With a bit of Forma and the right mix of crit or status setups, Aeolak becomes a dependable primary that stays strong, smooth, and enjoyable across different missions.
