Needoll can be found throughout several areas of the Dessicated Desert, making this region the best place to search for one.

It can also be encountered on the small island north of the Dessicated Desert around 308, 708, as well as on Scouring Islet located around 430, -723.
An Alpha Variant known as Needoll, Prickly Welcome can also be found on Scouring Isle.

Hug Me Please
Needoll’s Hug Me Please Partner Skill increases the damage dealt by both the player and Pals against enemies afflicted with Ivy-Covered by 50% while Needoll is in your party.
Since Ivy-Covered also slows affected enemies, the damage bonus pairs well with abilities that keep opponents under the status effect for longer periods.
Needoll does not need to be actively summoned for the Partner Skill to work, allowing you to benefit from the damage increase simply by keeping it in your party.
Using Grass Pals or Active Skills capable of inflicting Ivy-Covered is the best way to take full advantage of Needoll’s powerful support ability.
