Moon Lord is a Raid Boss introduced in the Tides of Terraria update, bringing powerful crossover content and exclusive rewards from Terraria into the world of Palworld.
Before you can face this massive boss, you will need to enter the Sealed Realm of Terraria to obtain the schematic required to craft the Celestial Sigil used for summoning.
After summoning Moon Lord, the battle begins instantly as you and your Pals face its immense power, earning valuable loot and unique Tides of Terraria rewards.
How To Summon Moon Lord?
The Moon Lord can be summoned at the Summoning Altar by offering one Celestial Sigil, which is crafted using materials obtained from the Sealed Realm of Terraria.
Defeating the Eye of Cthulhu at the end of this dungeon grants access to two treasure chests, each with a strong chance of rewarding the Celestial Sigil Schematic.
The Celestial Sigil Schematic can be used infinitely, allowing players to craft as many sigils as they wish, with each one requiring 100 Hallowed Bars to create.

How To Defeat Moon Lord?
Once Moon Lord has been summoned, you will notice that three eyes appear on its body, with one on its forehead and one in each hand.
These eyes need to be targeted to deal damage to Moon Lord, and after taking enough damage, each one will close and disappear from its body.
After all three of its eyes have been destroyed, a large glowing core will appear in the middle of Moon Lord’s chest, which becomes your new target.
Damaging this core will begin to drain Moon Lord’s remaining health, and continuing to focus your attacks on it will eventually lead to his defeat.
It is best to use ranged weapons that deal strong hits since the eyes close occasionally, while projectile Pals and flying mounts make it easier to hit weak spots.

Verdict
Defeating Moon Lord is necessary to obtain certain exclusive loot, including the Celestial Sigil (Master), which is required to challenge the tougher Master Version of this Raid Boss.
Those capable of defeating Moon Lord (Master) can earn Legendary Schematics for specific Tides of Terraria equipment, removing the need to repeatedly farm for lower-tier schematics.
While Moon Lord is easier compared to his Master counterpart, it’s best to farm him multiple times and strengthen your Pals to secure greater rewards.
