When the Feybreak Update was released, an NPC known as the Messenger of Love was added to Palworld and they can be found in several locations.
The Messenger of Love acts as an NPC who provides rewards for players who perform the correct Emotes that they tell you to do.
While there is no fixed location for the Messenger of Love, you are bound to encounter them from time to time when you come across Event Spawners.
Messenger of Love Locations
Messenger of Love does not spawn in a specific location but instead, they have a chance to spawn where Event Spawners are located.
These Event Spawners or Incident Spawners are specific locations on the map where events may occur, which includes the Messenger of Love appearing.
What Does the Messenger of Love Do?
Upon speaking to the Messenger of Love, they will ask you to perform a certain Emote and if you get it correct, you will receive rewards.
The rewards may vary from time to time and this event where you encounter the Messenger of Love may happen multiple times, especially if you tend to explore.
Performing the incorrect Emote won’t have any penalties and the rewards will only be obtained once the right one has been done.
It is possible to attack the Messenger of Love but this won’t yield rewards similar to the ones that it gives if you perform the Emote they request.
How To Perform Emotes?
To perform an Emote, open your Command Pal menu and there will be a selection for you to choose from, which includes the “Emote” option.
Selecting to do an Emote from this menu will allow you to choose between the different Emotes that your character may perform.
Simply select the Emote that the Messenger of Love requested you to do and this will complete the task and grant you rewards from them.
Messenger of Love Rewards
Messenger of Love rewards may include different things, which may include food, gold, materials, and more as this can be different every time.
As you continue to find more of these NPCs and perform Emotes for them, you will get different rewards from time to time but nothing too fancy.
Verdict
The Messenger of Love does not seem to be that much of a big deal during the later parts of the game and some players tend to ignore them.
It is still a good idea to speak to them and perform the Emote they request as you’ll never know what they might give you.
Killing the Messenger of Love does not have any effects on future ones that you encounter and this simply causes you to become wanted for a short period.
