Loupmoon Cryst is located in the northern part of Feybreak Island by the shore of the Scorched Ashland, which is close to one of the earliest waypoints that you find.
You can find this Field Boss along with two normal variants of Loupmoon Cryst walking around (-945, -824), and the moment they notice you, the hunt begins.
Fighting Loupmoon Cryst, Enraptured by the Frozen Moonlight
This Level 54 Field Boss is not to be taken lightly, especially with the other Loupmoon Cryst that accompany it as they have attacks that can freeze you.
Using Fire Pals is recommended to deal with them easily and when using ranged weapons, aim for their heads to deal more damage and stun them.
Loupmoon Cryst moves quickly and outrunning them on your own can be a challenge as they will continue to chase and attack you, so be prepared to finish the fight that you start.
Make sure you dodge their attacks and this may require some timing, especially when it comes to Blizzard Spike and Icicle Bullet as these can be tricky sometimes.
Staying mobile is a good way to avoid being a sitting duck and getting hits in now and then will be a good advantage because once you become frozen, your chances of getting hurt are guaranteed.

While a Level 54 Field Boss should be no problem for most players who are around 55 and above, the fight may take a turn if Loupmoon Cryst manages to freeze you.
Timing your dodges may be necessary if you are ill-equipped or at a lower level and making sure that you have a durable Pal is necessary if you don’t want to get wiped out.
The fight with this Field Boss may be a bit challenging but the bonus it provides with its Bounty Token can be very useful for those who love to utilize Ice Pals.
