Skill Fruits are an important item to get your hands on now and then as they allow you to teach your Pals new Skills that are used in battles.
While Skill Fruit Trees can be found by roaming the islands, you will sometimes want a specific one, and getting them is possible by growing Skill Fruits.
To do this, you will need to grow them at Skill Fruit Orchards, which allows you to use a Skill Fruit that you already have to grow more of them.
How To Unlock Skillfruit Orchards?
Skillfruit Orchards can be unlocked once you reach Level 48 and may be unlocked by accessing your Technology Menu.
Once Skillfruit Orchards have been unlocked, you will need to build them just as you would build plantations to grow Skillfruits.
Building a Skillfruit Orchard will require the following materials:
- 200 Wood
- 50 Paldium Fragment
- 30 Pal Fluids
Skill Fruit Growing Process
Once a Skill Fruit Orchard has been built, you will need to interact with it and place a Skill Fruit of your choice in its inventory.
This is considered as the planting process for Skill Fruit Orchards and once a Skill Fruit has been placed, you will need to water the orchard.
Watering the Skill Fruit Orchard is as simple as interacting with it during its Watering Process, but this can take a lot of time.
The best thing to do is to make sure that you have Water Pals deployed in your base, which will have them take care of the process of watering the orchard.
After the Skill Fruit Orchard has been watered, all you need to do is wait for it to grow and this will provide you with 3 Skill Fruits based on which one you planted.
Once the Skill Fruits are ready to be taken, you will need to approach them and look at them to pick them up from the tree that has grown at the Skill Fruit Orchard.
Can’t Collect Skill Fruit
If you are unable to collect the Skill Fruits from a Skill Fruit Orchard but see them visually ready to be picked, this will often be a matter of where you are looking.
Like Skill Fruit Trees that you find in the wilderness, you will need to look a bit at the Skill Fruit to get the option to pick it from the tree.
If you are facing the Skill Fruit Orchard directly, this will instead prompt you to interact with it to open its inventory where another Skill Fruit may be planted.

Since Pals can learn almost any Skill, the use of Skill Fruits is vital for perfecting a build for the Pals that you want to have certain ways to attack your enemies.
You will only be able to grow the same Skill Fruits that you have planted, which makes it necessary to set them aside for later once the Skill Fruit Orchard is unlocked.
Skill Fruit Orchards will always provide you with 3 Skill Fruits when the trees have fully grown, making it possible to increase a Skill Fruit by 2 every time.
