Palworld: Hallowed Bars (How to Farm, Uses & Locations)

The Hallowed Bar is a special material introduced alongside several new items in the Tides of Terraria update, expanding crafting options for players.

Unlike other ingots in the game, the Hallowed Bar cannot be crafted and instead must be farmed directly from the Sealed Realm of Terraria.

Players will often need to farm Hallowed Bars in bulk, but with a good supply, they can craft powerful equipment introduced in the update.

“A sacred material infused with divine energy. Can be used to create a variety of Terraria items.”

Where To Get Hallowed Bars?

Hallowed Bars can be obtained in several ways as long as you are inside the Sealed Realm of Terraria, the special dungeon added in the update.

This dungeon transports players into a unique Terraria-themed realm filled with familiar objects, enemies, and bosses that drop valuable items during each run.

By completing the Sealed Realm of Terraria from start to finish, players can collect a solid amount of Hallowed Bars to use for crafting.

The entrance to the Sealed Realm of Terraria can be found at (-420, -790) on Eternal Summer Isle.

How To Get Hallowed Bars?

1) Defeat Terraria Monsters

While exploring the Sealed Realm of Terraria, you will encounter several iconic monsters from Terraria that you can either defeat or capture during your runs.

Killing or capturing these Terraria-themed Pals will reward you with varying amounts of Hallowed Bars, depending on the type of monster encountered.

The following is a list of the Terraria Monsters you may come across in the dungeon, along with the number of Hallowed Bars they drop.

2) Destroy Pots

While exploring the Sealed Realm of Terraria, players will find breakable pots scattered throughout the dungeon, often rewarding useful items like Hallowed Bars or Hearts.

Destroying these pots during your runs is an easy and consistent way to gather Hallowed Bars, supplementing drops from monsters and bosses with minimal extra effort.

3) Defeat Eye of Cthulhu

The Eye of Cthulhu is the final boss in the Sealed Realm of Terraria, rewarding players with a significant amount of Hallowed Bars upon defeat. (You can also capture and butcher later)

Defeating this powerful boss consistently yields 20 to 30 Hallowed Bars, making it the most reliable source for farming large quantities of the material efficiently.

There is a chance for the Eye of Cthulhu to drop a Head Armor called the Eye of Cthulhu Mask, but this is not always guaranteed. (Equivalent stats to Hexolite Helm)

4) Destroy Hallowed Walls

Hallowed Walls appear as glowing, golden, breakable walls within the Sealed Realm of Terraria, dropping Hallowed Bars whenever they are successfully destroyed during your dungeon runs.

Although any weapon can damage these walls, using a Pickaxe deals increased damage, allowing you to break them much faster and collect Hallowed Bars efficiently.

5) Opening Chests

Chests can be found scattered in certain areas of the Sealed Realm of Terraria, containing valuable loot such as schematics, ammo, equipment, and Hallowed Bars.

While not the most reliable method for farming, opening these chests still provides a decent source of Hallowed Bars alongside other useful rewards during dungeon runs.

Hallowed Bar Uses

Hallowed Bars are primarily used to craft a wide range of powerful new items introduced to Palworld alongside the Tides of Terraria update.

Having a steady supply of Hallowed Bars allows players to immediately craft these items as soon as they obtain the required schematics during their progression.

Hallowed Bars are used for the following:

Weapons

Armor

Verdict

The Hallowed Bar is one of the most essential materials added in the Tides of Terraria update, required for crafting powerful late-game weapons and armor.

Farming it in the Sealed Realm of Terraria is straightforward once you learn the best sources, making bulk collection easier for dedicated dungeon runners.

With enough Hallowed Bars on hand, you can quickly craft top-tier Terraria gear as soon as you find the schematics, accelerating your mid-to-late game progression.
