Gildane is a Ground Pal that was introduced with the Feybreak Update and was discovered to be exclusive to Feybreak Island.
Found often near the shores of Feybreak Island, this aggressive Pal tends to attack those who approach it, resulting in an attack.
As a Ground Pal, Gildane can be effective when facing Electric Pals and can even alter the type of damage you deal to match its own when you are riding it.

You may often encounter Gildane in most of the regions around the north of Feybreak Island as Gildane is often seen roaming areas near the shores of the island.
These areas include the following:
- Scorched Ashland
- Deserted Ash Plateau
- Withered Seaside
Gildane Uses
Gildane can be a decent travel mount to have when exploring different regions by land and can also serve as a battle mount when fighting enemies.
Thanks to its partner skills, the attack type of your character will be changed to deal Ground Damage while you are riding this Pal.
When assigned to a base, Gildane may help out when it comes to gathering crops from the different Plantations that you have built.
Gildane Partner Skill
Gildane’s partner skill is called Sandstorm’s Blessing, which gives you the ability to ride Gildane and this allows you to travel faster or even control Pal in a fight.
While mounted on Gildane, Sandstorm’s Blessing will cause the attack of your character (both ranged and melee) to change to Ground Damage.
This makes this Pal a great mount to ride into battle if you plan on dealing Ground Damage to your targets, making it an excellent choice against Electric Pals.
Gildane Work Suitability
Gildane’s has the Gathering work skill, which allows this Pal to collect crops that have fully grown at Plantations that you have built within your base.

Verdict
Gildane is commonly found in most of the areas on Feybreak Island and is often one of the earliest Pals that you end up coming face to face with.
While these Pals tend to peacefully roam the island, the moment you are noticed, they will become aggressive and attack you.
Using Gildane to fight Electric Pals can be advantageous, especially if you plan on attacking with your weapons while mounting them.
