Elgrove (Location, Drops, Uses, Partner Skill & Work Suitability): Palworld

Elgrove is a powerful Grass Pal that players can encounter around the mid early game, offering strong combat abilities and impressive base utility.

With its large frame and wide range of Work Suitability skills, capturing one can greatly improve both your team and your settlement.

Whether you’re looking for a reliable worker or a Grass Pal to take advantage of elemental weaknesses, Elgrove is a valuable addition to have.

Elgrove Location

You will first notice Elgrove roaming around in the Ascetic Falls but their numbers are not as high as other Pals so they can sometimes be considered a rare sighting.

Elgrove Spawn locations include:

  • -168, -337
  • -145, -372
  • -209, -327
  • -230, -351
  • -173, – 360

Partner Skill

Mother Nature’s Menace

Elgrove’s Partner Skill is called Mother Nature’s Menace, which changes the player’s attack type to Grass and increases attack power by 30% when activated.

This allows your attacks to deal additional Grass damage, making it especially useful against Water Pals that are vulnerable to this element.

Even without relying on elemental advantages, the attack increase alone makes Elgrove a strong option for improving your damage during battles.

Elgrove Uses

Elgrove is one of the more capable base Pals thanks to its high level Work Suitability across several important tasks.

With Level 3 Planting, Lumbering, and Transporting, along with Level 2 Gathering and Mining, it can handle a wide range of jobs around your settlement.

Outside of base work, Elgrove is also a strong combat companion, especially when facing Pals that are weak against Grass damage.

Work Suitability

  • Planting – Lv. 3
  • Gathering – Lv. 2
  • Lumbering – Lv. 3
  • Mining – Lv. 2
  • Transporting – Lv. 3

Possible Drops

Verdict

Elgrove is a powerful all-rounder that provides value in nearly every area, from base management to direct combat.

Its impressive Work Suitability levels allow it to handle many different tasks, reducing the need to assign multiple specialized Pals.

If you manage to capture Elgrove during your journey, you’ll gain a durable companion that can continue supporting your progression well beyond the early stages of the game.
