Aside from being a decent mount for traveling, this Neutral Pal can provide you with improved auto recovery speed when you ride it thanks to its Partner Skill.
Useful both in fights and traveling, Celesdir serves as a good mount to have and at higher levels, it can deal a good amount of damage.

When checking for locations where Celesdir can be found, it is revealed that it should spawn in most parts of Feybreak Island but this is rare or may only happen in Random Spawn mode.
Instead of searching for this Pal around Feybreak Island, you may head to (-963, -1177) at the Crystalized Ancient Tree and will encounter a Level 60 Field Boss called Celesdir, Beast of Salvation.
Celesdir Uses
Celesdir’s ability to improve your auto recovery speed when you ride it, making it easy to quickly heal when you have lost some of your health.
This Neutral Pal learns several Neutral active skills and most of them can deal damage in a wide area to easily hit targets or damage multiple enemies.
Aside from its uses for transportation and combination, Celesdir may work at a base and excel in gathering wood or may help out with gathering from Plantations.
Celesdir Partner Skill
Celesdir’s Partner Skill is called Blessing of Purification, which becomes active once you are riding this Neutral Pal.
While Blessing of Purification is active, your character’s auto recovery speed will be increased, providing you with more health regeneration over time when out of combat.
This makes Celesdir a good mount to have when you plan on rotating the different regions to fight enemies and when you need to quickly recover health.
Riding Celesdir requires that you unlock and craft Celesdir’s Saddle.

Verdict
Capturing the Level 60 Celesdir (Field Boss) may be a bit tougher than most Pals due to its high level but this means you will also have the Pal maxed out.
Auto Health Recovery happens when you are not in combat and will continue to take effect until you are fully healed or enter combat.
Celesdir has several powerful active skills that you may utilize in battle while mounting it or fighting alongside this Pal will have it use them on its own.
