The “One Eye Closes, One Eye Opens Quest” becomes available once you have completed the “Death” quest, where you recently got trapped in The Mind’s Eye.
With Lilith’s help, you were able to escape and get out, but this also involved you having to stab Lilith with the reforged blade.
One Eye Closes, One Eye Opens Walkthrough
Now that you are reunited with Tyrael, the two of you must make your way to The First Vault’s entrance to seal it, but this also requires you to fight your way past enemies.
Move to the marked area, and lava golems will appear, which you will need to defeat before the two of you can continue.
Continue fighting your way through the monsters that have made their way into the Vault until you eventually reach the entrance.
Speak to Tyrael, and he will begin to seal The First Vault to prevent other enemies from making their way inside.
You will have to protect Tyrael while he is channeling his magic to seal it, which requires defeating all the waves of enemies that appear.
Once the entrance has been sealed, speak to Tyrael once more, and after your conversation, the quest will come to an end.
