Another way to get your hands on some Reddamine would be through refinement, which requires you to spend 5 Gallowvine for each one.
You may also obtain Reddamine as one of the drops when you open a chest such as the reward at the end of events found in Sanctuary.
Reddamine Uses
Reddamine has multiple uses and once you reach certain levels such as 60 and 80, you will need it for upgrading your Healing Potion to make it more potent.
This is for the Strong Healing Potion (level 60) and the Major Healing Potion (level 80), which are necessary when facing tougher enemies.
