Commander in Sin Objective
Commander in Sin is a Bonus Objective in the Season Ranks, which requires that you hunt down and defeat a Helltide Commander during a Helltide in Torment I or higher.
To do this, you will need to change your World Difficulty to Torment I after unlocking it and search for the required events to spawn and defeat the Helltide Commander.
Once completed, you may collect the reward for completing this Bonus Objective from your Season Ranks menu, which is a Challenge Cache.
