Neyrelle has finally been found thanks to the help of Akarat and you were able to bring the heart of Ah Bulan to her.
After Neyrelle consumed Ah Bulan’s Heart, she regained more of her control and was brought out of the Durance of Hate by Akarat.
You will now need to exit the Durance of Hate before you meet up with the rest later at Kurast and figure out what to do next.
How To Get Fragile Blessings Quest?
Fragile Blessings starts as soon as you complete the quest called A Deeper Sickness, where you recently found Neyrelle and got her out of the Durance of Hate.
This quest is part of the last few quests for the third chapter of the Vessel of Hatred expansion, preparing you for Chapter 4.

Fragile Blessings Quest Walkthrough
With Neyrelle being brought outside of the Durance of Hate by Akarat, you are to exit through a nearby portal to meet them outside.
Enter the portal and you will be brought to the entrance of the Durance of Hate where Neyrelle and Eru will be waiting for you.
Speak with Neyrelle and she will be happy to see you but there is still more to do as the three of you now need to speak to The Council in Kurast.
After speaking to Neyrelle and Eru, the quest will be complete and your next destination will be to head to Kurast.
Fragile Blessings Rewards
Completing Fragile Blessings will reward you with XP and Gold along with the next quest of Chapter 3 called Reunion to be active.
Amongst these rewards will also be a legendary piece of equipment and in this case, we obtained a Legendary Chest Armor. (Hatred’s Heart of the Protector)
Additionally, upon completion of Fragile Blessings, you will earn a Challenge called Searching for Neyrelle.
Verdict
You have successfully found Neyrelle and helped her by giving the Heart of Ah Bulan to her, which later resulted in her recovery.
Neyrelle appears to be better after you speak with her outside of the Durance of Hate but she has no intention of resting just yet.
Your next step will be to head to Kurast and speak to The Council before proceeding with anything else and to figure out what to do with Mephisto’s Soulstone.
