Accompanied by Vigo and Neyrelle, you have made your way into the caverns after traversing through the Condemned Mines.
You have now reached the Path of the Firstborn, where the three of you will need to see what has stopped the Ore Hoist from being operational.
Before your group can proceed in searching for Lilith, this will be an important step to make sure that you have a way out of the caverns.
How To Get Below Quest?
The Below Campaign Quest follows shortly after the completion of the Undertaking Quest, where you finally reach the exit of the Condemned Mines.
Below Quest Objectives
1) Speak with Vigo in the Path of the Firstborn
The group has made it out and you will now need to speak with Vigo to make sure that everyone is okay after getting out of the Condemned Mines.
2) Speak with Neyrelle
As you and Vigo were talking, Neyrelle spots what she believes to be the very demon that she previously saw and reported to the Knights.
You will need to head over to talk to Neyrelle and she will confirm that the large statue of Lilith just beyond the ledge was what she saw.
3) Bring Vigo and Neyrelle down into the caverns
The Ore Hoist will be nearby, and you will need to lead the other two who are with you to it to go see what the problem is.
4) Make the Ore Hoist operational
Continue making your way to the marked area and the group will realize that a slain demon was caught in the mechanism, preventing the Ore Hoist from working.
You will need to interact with the corpse of the slain demon to make the Ore Hoist operational again, which ends the quest shortly after.
Below Rewards
Once the Ore Hoist has become operational again after the demon corpse slain demon has been removed, the quest will end, and you will receive XP and Gold based on your level.
Completing this quest will begin the next campaign quest called In Her Wake, which sets you off to search for Lilith.
Verdict
The group was successful in finding another way into the caverns and found out what was causing the Ore Hoist to stop working.
It seems that demons have reached the caverns and a slain demon was caught in the mechanism but has now been removed.
Now that you have a way out, you can continue pushing forward to search for Lilith as well as Neyrelle’s mother deeper inside the caverns.
