Every character has their way of killing enemies and some tend to use Crowd Control to gain the upper hand in a fight against multiple enemies.
Crowd Control is a great way of making your enemies weaker and even useless when you are slaying them, which makes Shared Misery a great way to spread them.
This Aspect focuses on providing you with a good chance to spread whatever Crowd Control ailments enemies have to one another.
Aspect of Shared Misery Effects (Crowd Control Aspect)
Aspect of Shared Misery is a Lucky Hit stat that provides you with a chance to spread Crowd Control that an enemy is affected by to others near it.
Once an enemy has been affected by a Crowd Control ailment, hitting it with any type of attack can cause the effect to be spread to other enemies.
The Crowd Control ailment that is spread can only affect enemies who have not been affected by it yet, allowing it to be spread by them from another enemy.

How To Get Aspect of Shared Misery? (Oblivion Walkthrough)
1) Slay all enemies in the Passage of Enmity
Once you get inside Oblivion, you will be at the Passage of Enmity, which is where all the enemies need to be cleared out. (Enemies will be marked on the map)
2) Travel to Marooned Confinement
After all the enemies have been cleared out, you will need to continue making your way to the next area, which is the Marooned Confinement.
3) Free the Prisoners
There will be 6 Prisoners around the Marooned Confinement and you will need to search for them and free them before you continue.
4) Slay the Warden of Anguish and collect the Ritual Pens Key
After you have freed the Prisoners, the Warden of Anguish will appear and he must be killed to get the Ritual Pens Key.
5) Open the Ritual Pens Door
Once you have obtained the Ritual Pens Key, you will need to use it to open up a door that leads to the Ritual Pens.
6) Destroy the Fallen Idols
The next area will have 3 Fallen Idols scattered around the area and these all need to be destroyed, which completes the dungeon.

There are multiple ways to inflict enemies with Crowd Control and each class has his or her way to get this done.
The Aspect of Shared Misery is great for characters and their builds that have a way to use Crowd Control against their enemies.
This is great for when you are facing several enemies because the closer they are together, the easier it is to make them weak or even hinder them.
