Mausoleum Osseous Fragments
These are the Mausoleum Taken Osseus Fragments that we obtained and we have listed them in the order that we found them.
Fragment 1
If you stand on the highest platform between the two where ritual circles need to be activated to destroy Taken Clusters, you will be able to spot one from afar.
This Osseous Fragment can be found under a large tentacle near a doorway tucked under the tentacle that you may reach even without crouching.
Fragment 2
If you spawn in the Mausoleum and face the infected part of the ship where there are several orange spores, you will find a Taken Osseous Fragment on top of a damaged section of the ship.
You may reach this Taken Osseous Fragment by jumping from an elevated part or by climbing up from below and jumping towards it.
Fragment 3
Near the spawn location in the Mausoleum is what appears to be a broken bridge heading under it will allow you to spot the Taken Osseous Fragment.
The Taken Osseus Fragment will be located near the end of the bridge and if you make your way past the end and turn around, you can see it from afar.
Fragment 4
Near the location where you spawn in the Mausoleum, there will be a round room that usually has nothing inside of it.
If you circle outside of this room and go behind the structure, you will find a Taken Osseous Fragment and will easily spot it since it is glowing in a dark corner.
Fragment 5
Just as you are making your way down to the area where you fight the boss in the Mausoleum, there will be a Taken Osseous Fragment on a cliff-like surface.
You can easily spot this as you are making your way down and may reach it by jumping off of the ledge or across one of the tentacles nearby.
Fragment 6
Upon reaching the area where you fight the boss in the Mausoleum, there will be an Osseous Taken Fragment near the area where it spawns.
Head straight to the boss area and turn right at the end and you will find the Taken Osseus Fragment behind above one of the destroyable pots.

Trenchway Osseous Fragments
These are the Mausoleum Taken Osseus Fragments that we obtained, and we have listed them in the order that we found them.
Fragment 1
From the starting point or where you enter the Trenchway, you will find one of the Taken Osseous Fragments on a curled piece of the ship above you.
This is located above the area where you often have to pick up the burning crystal that needs to be deposited to complete an Eversion Ritual.
Fragment 2
Along the gap in the Trenchway is a set of stairs on each side of a raised structure where you encounter the Subjugators that share shields.
If you jump up to the raised structure where you encounter these enemies, you will find that one of the Taken Osseous Shards is there.
Fragment 3
Along the gap in the Trenchway is a large platform that seems to be separated, which has what looks like the object that you interact with to check your boons.
Taking a large leap across will allow you to find one of the Taken Osseous Fragments tightly placed in one of the rock formations.
Fragment 4
Making your way to the area where you face the boss will allow you to find the last 3 Taken Osseous Fragments and these are perhaps the easiest to get.
One of them can be found if you turn right and look up to where a damaged pillar is and you can jump and climb up to reach the Taken Osseous Fragment.
Fragment 5
Another Taken Osseous Fragment can be found near the previous one and all you need to do is follow the current path going to the right.
After entering the room where you face the boss, staying to the right side and continuing forward will eventually have you reach it.
Fragment 6
The last Taken Osseous Fragment that you can find in the boss area of the Trenchway is located on the opposite side of where you found the other two.
Head to the left after entering the boss area and go to the ledge that leads to a sealed area and you will find the Taken Osseous Fragment there.
Hall of Souls Osseous Fragments
The following are the Taken Osseus Fragments that can be found in the Hall of Souls, which we have arranged based on the order in which we obtained them.
Fragment 1
Starting from the spawn point in the Hall of Souls, head forward jump up the platform on the left, and continue until you find a doorway to your left.
If you continue going through the doorway and head down a set of stairs, you will see a Taken Ossuary Fragment outside across a gap.
Fragment 2
Another Taken Osseous Fragment can be found near the Tormentor Precept in the room where you need to collect objects to spawn a Taken Orb that needs to be destroyed.
Two entrances lead to this room and if you are in the one on the right, you will be able to find the Taken Osseous Fragment tucked behind a pillar close to the wall.
Fragment 3
Within the large room where you encounter Fractal Attendants and a large orange barrier protecting one of the weapons systems, a Taken Osseous Fragment can be found nearby.
Head inside of the curved path behind the orange barrier and next to the wall will be the Taken Osseous Fragment in plain sight.
Fragment 4
Another Taken Osseous Fragment can be found nearby if you are in the area where you face the Fractal Attendants and have taken down the Weapon Systems in the previous room.
If you head out of the room through the left side, you will find a Taken Osseous Fragment to your left in a corner near one of the doorways that often has a Taken Barrier.
Fragment 5
Just before you make your way into the area where you fight the Tormentor Precept and collect items before you can destroy a Taken Orb, you should check under the bridge.
Underneath the bridge is a Taken Osseous Orb that you can reach by carefully jumping down and you can jump back up from the side.
Fragment 6
The area where you fight the boss in the Hall of Souls is a great vantage point for checking for Taken Osseous Fragments.
If you are around the stairs on the right and look to the lower right of the area, you will find one of the Taken Osseous Fragments.
Verdict
These Taken Osseous Fragments may be obtained in any order and the Quest Steps from the Dyadic Ascension quest will progress regardless of where you find them.
It is best to search for all Taken Osseous Fragments in each of the locations whenever you reach them to avoid having to double back and look for the rest.
Only by obtaining all of the Taken Osseous Fragments will you be able to complete the Dyadic Ascension Exotic Quest, which allows you to progress further with the Barrow-Dyad.
