While getting your hands on this Fusion Rifle may take a bit of grinding, this can be done comfortably based on which Ritual Activities you prefer to play.
How To Get Resounding?
Resounding can be obtained by doing Ritual Activities such as Vanguard Strikes, Crucible Matches, and Gambit Matches up to the point where you reach Rank 16.
Once you have reached Rank 16 with any of these activities, it will allow you to claim the Resounding Ritual Weapon from their respective handlers.
