With the introduction of Into The Light, you gain a quest that leads you to Lord Shaxx, who has a surprise for you.
It looks like Lord Shaxx has assembled the BRAVE arsenal, which consists of weapons that were discontinued for being too dangerous.
Now that the Last City is under siege, Shaxx will help you obtain stronger weapons to fight back against the attackers.
How To Get Feats of Bravery Quest?
After starting Destiny 2 following Into The Light update, selecting a character will later reveal that there is a quest also called Feats of Bravery that requires you to meet with Shaxx.
Once you speak to Shaxx you will be able to get the quest of the same name but with more objectives to complete. (Just follow the quest once you log in)
Feats of Bravery Quest Steps
Step 1: Reach Power Level 1810 to prepare for the upcoming conflict
Before continuing with the quest, you will need to hit Power Level 1810 and to do this quickly, you can access the Gift of the Thunder Gods chest in the Hall of Champions.
You may be familiar with this chest as it was available during the Season of Plunder and if you have already collected it, this step will already be complete.

Step 2: Defend the Last City in Onslaught
Now that your Power Level is enough, you will need to defend the Last City, which is what happens during the new activity. (Onslaught)
This can be accessed by opening Destinations, selecting Into The Light, and choosing the activity from the menu. (This will have Onslaught: Playlist first and later the regular Onslaught activity)
- Complete Onslaught
Step 3: Return to Shaxx in the Hall of Champions
After completing Onslaught (Defending the Last City), it is time to return to Shaxx to report your victory.

Step 4: Claim new weapons by spending your Trophies of Bravery at the BRAVE Chest in the Hall of Champions
After speaking to Shaxx, he will have rewarded you with Trophies of Bravery and these may now be used to open chests in the Hall of Champions.
The only chest you will be able to open at the start is the one near Shaxx (not the one with the others in the hall) and this will be to his right from where you find him.

Step 5: Return to Shaxx in the Hall of Champions
Obtaining your first BRAVE weapon is only the start to getting the whole arsenal and now that you have a piece of the arsenal, you will want to head back and speak with Shaxx.

Step 6: Add Elsie’s Rifle to your BRAVE arsenal by completing the corresponding quest, “Stranger Danger.”
Lord Shaxx has more in store for you but to get more BRAVE weapons from him, you will need to prove yourself by completing “combat scenarios”, which are from ARCITE 99-490. (NPC)
You will need to head over to ARCITE 99-40 and select the Stranger Danger Quest, which you will now need to complete.
The quest involves completing one of two objectives, that requires you to defeat enemies with a Pulse Rifle and Visit Elsie’s Rifles Holo-Shaxx.

Step 7: Return to Shaxx in the Hall of Champions
Once you have interacted with Elsie’s Rifle Holo-Shaxx, head back to speak with Lord Shaxx and you can complete the quest.

Feats of Bravery Quest Rewards
Speaking to Lord Shaxx after completing the objectives for the Feats of Bravery quest will reward you with 10 Trophies of Bravery and the Wish Class Masterwook Boost. (Seasonal Bonus)
Summary
Since Lord Shaxx is continuing his arsenal of BRAVE weapons, it is only necessary that he makes sure you are worthy of wielding them.
This has led to such challenges where you need to prove yourself before you can unlock the other Holo-Shaxx in the Hall of Champions.
