The thing is, some of these may be a little tricky to spot, and even with the marker showing where it can be found, looking for it can take some time.

Minor Fieldwork I Europa Mysterious Object Location
You will find the Mysterious Object by heading to the marked area and exploring the tunnel that can be found near the Perdition Lost Sector. (Stasis Chunk)

This Mysterious Object can be found around the entrance that leads you into Bray Exoscience, which you can easily find once you reach the marked area. (Europan Icicle)
Minor Fieldwork III Nessus Mysterious Object Location
This Minor Fieldwork Mysterious Object is located inside one of the remaining tube-like parts of the Exodus Black found within the marked area. (Vex Alloy)
Minor Fieldwork IV Nessus Mysterious Object Location
Upon traveling to The Cistern, make your way to the marked area to find the large tree and just below it, you will find the Mysterious Object. (Nessusian Cactus)
Minor Fieldwork V EDZ Mysterious Object Location
Upon reaching the Outskirts in the EDZ, you will find the Mysterious Object at the base of one of the statues in the area surrounding the well.
Minor Fieldwork VI EDZ Mysterious Object Location
Fast travel to The Sludge and head north from the Cavern of Souls and you will find the Mysterious Object along the path going to The Dark Forest. (Dead Tree Bark)
Minor Fieldwork VII Europa Mysterious Object Location
Make your way to the Eventide Ruins and you will find a raised platform and on top of it will be the Mysterious Object.
Minor Fieldwork VIII Europa Mysterious Object Location
One of the easier Mysterious Objects to find, this one can be found on the surface once you reach the marked area as it will be in plain sight. (Sponge Coral)
Minor Fieldwork IX Europa Mysterious Object Location
Fast travel to the Eventide Ruins and make your way to the Asterion Abyss and you will spot this Mysterious Object easily once you reach the marked area. (Green Disc Coral)
Minor Fieldwork X Europa Mysterious Object Location
Make your way to the Concealed Void in the Asterion Abyss and near its entrance, you will find the Mysterious Object to the left. (Glass Coral)
Verdict
Collecting all the Mysterious Samples for the Act I Fieldworks will allow you to complete these quests, which reward you with the Major in Eliksni Culture Triumph.
Minor Fieldwork is a good method for obtaining Reagents aside from their traditional farming methods as each one rewards you with a Small Ingredient Bundle.
Completing the other tasks in Fieldworks will often help you find the location of the Mysterious Object if you are tracking the quest you are doing.
