Venusa (Location, Drops, Uses, Partner Skill & Work Suitability): Palworld

Some Pals can change how your own attacks affect enemies, and Venusa turns your weapons into another way of applying Blind during combat.

This Dark-type Pal can make Blind-focused strategies much more reliable, giving you another way to weaken enemies while Venusa remains in your party.

Venusa is also an excellent worker at your base, with strong Handiwork, Gathering, and Medicine Production making her useful for more than just combat.

Venusa Location

Venusa can be found around the Corroded Hollow on the World Tree, making her a late-game Pal that you will need to venture into the World Tree to obtain.

She can be encountered around the area during both day and night, so you do not need to wait for a specific time before searching for her.

Venusa Spawn Locations include:

  • -1585, 1521
  • -1659, 1503
  • -1694, 1522
  • -1728, 1518
  • -1716, 1574
  • -1744, 1585

Partner Skill

Snake’s Sagacity

Venusa’s Partner Skill is called Snake’s Sagacity, which causes the player’s attacks to inflict Blind while Venusa is in the party.

The effect starts at Blind 2 and increases with Partner Skill upgrades, reaching Blind 6 at the highest level, giving your attacks more Blind buildup with each hit.

This makes Venusa particularly useful when you want to build around Blind, as your own attacks can contribute to applying the status without requiring Venusa to be the one attacking.

The effect does not stack with another Venusa, so bringing multiple copies into the same party will not increase the Blind buildup further.

Venusa Uses

Venusa is best suited to players who want to incorporate Blind into their combat strategy, allowing your own attacks to build the status while another Pal handles the fighting.

This can work especially well with fast-hitting weapons, giving you more opportunities to build Blind through repeated attacks rather than relying entirely on a Pal’s active skills.

Her Dark typing also gives her access to Dark active skills, while her strong base Work Suitability makes her a surprisingly useful Pal when assigned to your base.

With Level 6 Handiwork, Level 6 Gathering, and Level 5 Medicine Production, Venusa can handle crafting, gathering, and medicine production without being limited to a single type of base task.

Venusa Exclusive Skill

Poison Scatter

Poison Scatter is Venusa’s exclusive Dark skill, where the snakes on her head spit toxic globs in a wide arc at nearby enemies.

The attack leaves behind a poisonous pool at the impact point, dealing 600 Power and inflicting Poison on enemies that come into contact with it.

This gives Venusa a useful area-control attack that can keep damaging enemies after the initial volley, complementing her ability to build Blind through the player’s attacks.

Work Suitability

  • Handiwork – Lv. 6
  • Gathering – Lv. 6
  • Medicine Production – Lv. 5
  • Transporting – Lv. 2

Possible Drops

Venusa Drops

  • Aquatic Pal Fluids
  • Venom Gland

Verdict

Venusa is a great pick for players who want to build around Blind, turning their own attacks into another way of applying the status during combat.

Pairing her with Pals that take advantage of Blinded enemies can turn that status into a much bigger part of your damage strategy.

She is also far from dead weight at your base, with strong Handiwork, Gathering, and Medicine Production giving her plenty to do when she is not fighting.
