Gildane, Guardian Beast of Twilight is a Level 58 Alpha Variant of Gildane and serves as a Field Boss that you may encounter on Feybreak Island.
Defeating or capturing this Field Boss is a requirement for entering some of the other Sealed Realms that allow you to challenge certain Dungeon Bosses.
Aside from being a necessary target to take out for progressing on Feybreak Island, Gildane can be a useful Pal to get your hands on, especially this Alpha Variant.

Gildane can be found wandering near the pools of lava at (-762, -1224) within the Emberstone Plateau region on the eastern part of Feybreak Island.
The Emberstone Plateau waypoint is the closest one to this Field Boss and is not too far from where Gildane, Guardian Beast of Twilight spawns.

Gildane, Guardian Beast of Twilight will be Level 58 when you find it and this means that it will have unlocked several Active Skills to use against you.
Most of the attacks that this Field Boss deals Ground Damage, which can cause you to be affected by the Muddy Status Condition, causing you to move slower.
Watch out for Gildane’s Crash Dash attack as this causes the Field Boss to charge towards you to deal damage as well as cause rocks to hurl in multiple directions.
Staying mobile is a good way to avoid Gildane’s attacks while making use of any cover in the area can help you avoid getting hit by its ranged attacks.
Utilizing Grass Pals against this Field Boss will give you an advantage while Electric Pals will have trouble due to Gildane’s resistance to Electric Damage.

Finding Gildane is quite easy as all you need to do is search for the area where it spawns and you will often find it near the pools of lava.
Be cautious when fighting this Field Boss as you may wind up falling into the lava pools and this can be devastating to both you and the Pal you have with you.
Since this Alpha Variant of Gildane is Level 58, you should be careful of the amount of damage it can deal with and may want to consider upgrading your equipment and be at least Level 55 or more to fight it.
