After arriving at Fool’s Quarry, you, Lorath, and Tyrael begin the dangerous climb toward the Horadric Vault hidden within the volcanic mountain.
The path ahead is extremely unstable, with eruptions, flowing lava, and countless enemies standing between your group and the vault needed to reforge Lilith’s Blade.
Despite the danger surrounding the mountain, the three of you press onward, knowing the blade must be restored before Mephisto’s plans can unfold.
How To Get Some Fall, Some Jump Quest?
Some Fall, Some Jump becomes available after completing “The Land of Fire,” where you previously arrived at Fool’s Quarry alongside Lorath and Tyrael.
With the location of the Horadric Vault now known, the three of you begin the dangerous climb through the volcanic mountain in search of a way to reforge Lilith’s Blade.
Some Fall, Some Jump Walkthrough
At the start of the quest, you must make your way to the area marked on the map, which has you scaling The Gasping Slopes up the mountain.
Monsters will hinder your path, and you will need to fight your way through them in order to reach the marked location.
Continue avoiding hazards and fighting your way past enemies as you move from one area to another until you reach an area where an eruption happens.
To everyone’s luck, Tyrael will be able to protect the group, and you will need to stay near him to avoid taking too much damage while fighting off monsters that appear.
You must continue making your way to the first vault after you have survived the eruption, but along the way, another eruption begins, and you will need to take cover once more.
After the second eruption has passed, continue making your way to the marked area, and it will be revealed that the path is no longer available.
A decision will be made to take an alternate route, and you will once again need to follow the way to the next marked location.
More monsters will appear along the way, and you will have to continue fighting your way past them until you reach the marked location.
Speak to Tyrael once you reach the marked location before continuing your way along the path again, and upon reaching the entrance, the quest will be complete.
Some Fall, Some Jump Quest Rewards
After you have reached the entrance to the Tunnels of Hefaetrus, the quest will be complete, and you will receive a new quest called “A Still-Beating Heart.”
In addition to the next quest being unlocked, you also receive:

After fighting your way through the burning slopes of the mountain, you and your allies managed to survive the eruptions and continue the climb toward the Horadric Vault.
The journey quickly became more dangerous as entire paths collapsed, forcing the group to take alternate routes while battling through waves of enemies along the way.
With the entrance to the Tunnels of Hefaetrus finally reached, the search for the Horadric Vault continues deeper within the mountain.
