Raheir is the first mercenary that you get to hire once The Mercenary Den has been unlocked and is one of your allies that helps you during the Vessel of Hatred Campaign.
During your search for Neyrelle, Raheir assisted you but was later caught by the Burned Knights, who dismembered his right arm.
Now wielding only a shield into battle, he provides you with protection and crowd-control to give you an upper hand against your enemies along with more survivability.
How To Unlock Raheir the Shield Bearer?
Rahier fights alongside you as you progress through the Vessel of Hatred Expansion but becomes a permanent Mercenary later.
This happens once you have completed the quest called The Hand Remembers the Blade, which also unlocks The Mercenary Den.
