The easiest way to complete this quest would be to do the Apparition Incursions as they do not cost anything and you can often find others doing them as well.
Once you gain enough Unveiler’s Oath Reputation, the next stage of this quest will begin, which will be to earn enough reputation for the next rank.
This will repeat over and over until you have reached the max Unveiler’s Oath Rank, which eventually allows you to collect all of the rewards from the board.

Completing instances of Belial’s Apparition Incursion serves as a guide to earning Unveiler’s Oath Reputation, which is necessary for progressing through Season 8: Belial’s Return.
