After meeting up with Lodi, he reveals that his informant has provided information regarding a House of Exile Arc Refinery where Dark Matter is being used.
Your goal is to disrupt the House of Exile’s operations, as this can be a way to bring out the Archon and reveal where the Strangelet Capsule is within the Exile’s Accord.
You will need to venture further into the Curtilage Divide and make your way to where their operations are, and utilize new technology that you find along the way.
How To Get Transient Mission?
The Transient (Mission) becomes available once you have reached Quest Step 4 of The Exile’s Accord Strangelet quest.
Once you have reached Quest Step 4, the location of the Mission Starter for “Transient” will be marked on your map, and you may follow a waypoint to reach it.
Transient Mission Walkthrough
The mission begins, head toward the train with the glowing entrance, and continue along until you reach the next area.
Fight your way through the House of Exile combatants and jump across the platforms until you reach the next area, where a barrier can be found.
A Relocator will be nearby, and you may use this to get past the doorway with lasers, which will allow you to proceed to where the Station Generators are.
In the room with several barriers blocking the doors, head towards the right and interact with the console to disable the barriers.
Once the barriers have been disabled, the House of Exile will send combatants to attack you and will also place Splinter Mines in the area.
You will need to defuse 4 Splinter Mines by standing within their area, and afterward, clear the rest of the combatants.
After defusing the Splinter Mines, head into the next area, and you will find 3 batteries in the area that need to be overloaded.
To do this, begin by using the Relocator found nearby to reach the Matterspark device nearby, and this will allow you to overcharge the batteries by attacking them in this form.
Once batteries have been overloaded, shoot the marked object to overload the generator and get ready to defend yourself.
Multiple combatants will converge on your location, and you will need to fight back until a boss called Devout Rezilisk, Ramshackle Arcmaster, appears.
Defeat this boss along with the rest of the enemies, and soon after, the quest will be complete, along with a chest appearing nearby.
Transient Mission Rewards
After defeating Devout Rezilisk, Ramshackle Arcmaster, and the other combatants, the quest will come to an end, and you will receive the following:
- XP
- Glimmer
- Materials
- Equipment
Verdict
The attack on the refinery turned up with no Strangelet Capsule, but there was a hint from the boss that you defeated that may point you in the right direction.
Lodi suggests that it would be a good idea to continue attacking other facilities, as this may later draw out more combatants and eventually allow you to find it.
Your next step will be to head back to Lodi, who may have information about not just the Strangelet Capsule but also an Acceleron.
