Mara Sov Dreaming City Location
Unlike the other Rendezvous Triumphs, the map for this one can be a bit tricky as Mara Sov will be in The Confluence, making it necessary to take a certain path.
How To Complete Rendezvous: Dreaming City?
For this Triumph, you will want to start out in the Divalian Mists and make sure that you have tracked the location on your map to easily find the way.
Begin by making your way to the Spine of Keres, which eventually has you heading towards Oracle Engine, but you won’t have to reach it.
Fight your way past the first group of enemies as you enter the area, and upon reaching the bridge, turn to the right and jump down to enter the cave below.
From here, the waypoint should not be going crazy anymore, and this leads you to a portal that you must now enter to reach a long hall.
Continue making your way straight through the hall, and at the end, you will reach The Confluence, where Mara Sov will appear.
Interact with Mara Sov and wait for the conversation to end, which will eventually complete the Triumph once she has finished.
Rendezvous: Dreaming City Rewards
Once you have listened to what Mara Sov has to say, she leaves, and the Triumph will be complete, allowing you to obtain 10 Legendary Marks from the Tenets once you claim its reward.

Mara talks about how much she has learned, especially when it comes from the truth that she has also discovered with the help of The Nine.
While things seem to be at peace for now, Mara Sov still yearns for more, and she admits that it is not something that can be accomplished easily.
