Celesdir Noct (Location, Drops, Uses, Partner Skill & Work Suitability): Palworld

Sacrificing Health for more damage can be a dangerous trade, but sometimes overwhelming an enemy before it can wear you down is the better strategy.

Celesdir Noct is built around that gamble, turning the Pal fighting alongside you into a much more aggressive damage dealer at the cost of its Health.

As a Field Boss found deep within the World Tree, Celesdir Noct is a particularly interesting option for players who prefer high-risk combat setups.

Celesdir Noct Location

Celesdir Noct does not have a regular wild spawn and can only be encountered as a Field Boss at -1928, 1404 in Gilded City within the World Tree.

Partner Skill

Blessing of Chaos

Celesdir Noct’s Partner Skill is called Blessing of Chaos, allowing it to be ridden while also affecting the Pal fighting alongside you.

While Celesdir Noct remains in your party, the Pal currently fighting alongside you gradually loses Health in exchange for a 40% Attack increase.

This gives your active Pal a significant damage boost, allowing it to hit much harder while the effect steadily drains its Health during combat.

The ability creates a clear risk-and-reward setup, as the increased damage can help you finish enemies faster but leaves your active Pal with less Health as the battle continues.

Celesdir Noct Uses

Celesdir Noct is built for players who want to trade survivability for damage, giving the Pal fighting alongside you a substantial Attack increase.

The Health drain makes the boost a risky choice, but it can help your active Pal finish enemies faster before its Health becomes a problem.

You can also ride Celesdir Noct for exploration, giving it a useful role outside of its combat-focused Partner Skill.

At your base, Lumbering 8 makes Celesdir Noct an excellent worker for gathering Wood, while Gathering 4 gives it another useful task.

Work Suitability

  • Gathering – Lv. 4
  • Lumbering – Lv. 8

Possible Drops

Celesdir Noct Drops

  • Leather
  • Horn
  • Dark Fragment

Verdict

Celesdir Noct brings a risky mechanic that can completely change how you approach difficult fights, especially when paired with a Pal capable of dealing heavy damage.

The trade-off becomes easier to justify when you can keep your active Pal healed or finish enemies quickly, allowing you to make the most of its offensive boost.

Its impressive Lumbering level gives Celesdir Noct a separate reason to keep it around, making this Field Boss useful even when you are not looking for a high-risk combat setup.
